Return/Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We want our customers to have a good shopping experience with us.
Please take your time to read the description of the item(s) you want to purchase and also take a good look at the pictures.
We take time to list measurements for pieces, so that you can make sure if the item will fit prior to making a purchase.
We highly recommend asking us any questions you may have about the products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read below:
Domestic orders (DK): 14 days return policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please send an email to hello@greaterminimart.com, if you wish to make a return. Please include your order number and reason for returning.
If/when your return is accepted, we’ll instruct you on how to proceed and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our office why we recommend to send the parcel with a tracking number. Please be aware that the return cost is at your own expense.
International orders: No refunds – exchange only
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
Please send an email to hello@greaterminimart.com, if you wish to exchange an order. Please include your order number and the item you want to exchange to or if you want a store credit/voucher. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date.
If/when your request is accepted, we’ll instruct you on how to proceed and where to send your package.
